License Activation
Activate your MediaFlow licence, move it between sites without burning a seat, and understand what the masked key on the License tab means.

A licence unlocks MediaFlow Pro. It activates against the central @Rank licence server.
Activating
Go to Media → MediaFlow → License. Paste the licence key and the email address the licence was bought with, then click Activate license.
The License tab shows your status, plan, expiry and seat count as cards, along with the key and email form and the current update state.
The masked key
Once stored, your key is shown back masked — ABC-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6789.
- Leaving the masked value alone keeps the stored key.
- Pasting a different key replaces it.
Moving a licence to another site
Use Deactivate this site on the old site before activating on the new one. That releases the seat cleanly.
Checking the licence
Check now re-validates immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled check. It is the fastest way to confirm a renewal has taken effect.
Requirements on the server side
The licence server must be recent enough to serve MediaFlow’s namespace.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I get a licence key?
From your purchase confirmation, or from your account on the store where you bought MediaFlow.
Can I use MediaFlow without a licence?
You can install it and see your existing folders, but it will not change anything. See Working without a licence.
My activation is refused. What is the most likely cause?
A mismatched email address, all seats in use, or a licence server that predates LicenseFlow 1.30.2.
Does activating send my media anywhere?
No. Activation exchanges the key, the email and the site address with the licence server. Your media never leaves your site.
