Advanced Webhooks

Advanced Webhooks send form submissions to any external URL, connecting FormFlow to virtually any system — even one without a built-in integration.

What this does

When a form is submitted, FormFlow can POST the data to a web address (a “webhook”) you specify. That endpoint — your own app, an automation platform, or a third‑party service — receives the submission and does whatever you’ve set it up to do.

Why it exists: not every tool has a native integration. Webhooks are the universal connector.

Typical use cases

  • Send leads to a custom app or database.
  • Trigger an automation in Zapier/Make via a webhook URL.
  • Push data to a service that isn’t in the built‑in list.

How to use it

  1. Enable Advanced Webhooks on FormFlow → Features (Integrations & Webhooks group).
  2. Get the destination URL from the receiving service.
  3. In Elementor, add the webhook action to your form and paste the URL.
  4. Map or confirm which data is sent.
  5. Submit a test entry and confirm the endpoint receives it.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Test with a receiving tool first (many services show incoming data live) to confirm the payload looks right.

  • Use HTTPS URLs so data is sent securely.

  • Combine with conditional logic to send only certain submissions to a webhook.

  • Document your endpoints so you remember what each webhook does.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are advanced webhooks available on Free or Pro?

No — it’s an Agency feature.

What can I connect to?

Almost anything with a URL that accepts incoming data — custom apps, automation platforms, or third‑party services.

Do I need to code?

Setting the webhook is no‑code; the receiving side may require some setup depending on the service.

Can I send only some submissions?

Yes — combine with conditional logic to control when the webhook fires.

Is the data sent securely?

Use an HTTPS endpoint so the submission is transmitted securely.

What if I just want Zapier/Make?

You can use their webhook URLs here, or connect them directly — see Integrations Overview.
