Data Summary
The Data Summary field shows a live, read-only recap of what the visitor has entered — so they can review their answers before submitting.
What this does
It displays the values from other fields in a tidy summary block that updates as the form is filled. It’s especially valuable on long or multi‑step forms where a final “please review” step reduces mistakes.
Typical use cases
- A “Review your order/request” step before submit.
- Confirming details on a booking or quote form.
- Reducing errors on long multi‑step forms.
How to use it
- Enable Data Summary on FormFlow → Features (Fields group).
- In Elementor, add a Data Summary field, usually near the end (or on the last step).
- Choose which fields to include and how to label them.
- Preview and confirm the summary updates as you type.
Tips & Best Practices
-
Place it on the final step of multi‑step forms as a review screen.
-
Include the fields that matter — key details customers should double‑check.
-
Keep labels friendly so the summary reads like a confirmation, not raw data.
-
Pair with a confirmation popup (Pro) for an extra “are you sure?” moment.
