License Tab
The License tab is where you activate FormFlow and see your current tier, status, and site usage. Activating unlocks the Pro or Agency features for your plan.

What this does
The License tab connects your site to your FormFlow license so paid features turn on. It also shows your plan/tier, status, renewal/expiry, and how many of your allowed sites are in use.
How to activate
Step 1 — Open the License tab
Go to FormFlow → License.
Step 2 — Enter your details
- Paste your license key.
- Enter the email connected to the license.
Step 3 — Activate
Click Activate. FormFlow verifies the key and switches your site to its tier (Pro or Agency). Features unlock immediately across the Features tab and Elementor.
Deactivating / moving sites
Use Deactivate on the License tab before moving your license to another site, so you stay within your allowed‑sites limit — see Plans & Tiers.
Understanding the status
- Active — your license is valid; your tier’s features are unlocked.
- Free — no active license; Starter features only.
- Expired / Grace — the license lapsed; features lock (grace gives a short buffer). Renew to restore.
The tab also shows your plan, renewal date, allowed sites, and when it was last checked.

Use the exact license email. A mismatched email is the most common activation problem.

Deactivate before migrating hosts or domains to avoid using up a site slot.

A brief outage won’t lock you out. If the license server is momentarily unreachable, FormFlow keeps your last‑known tier so your forms keep working.
