Agency The top FormFlow tier, adding automation and business tools (integrations, PDF, booking, Google Calendar, advanced analytics, ticketing) on top of Pro.

Booking Calendar A field that lets visitors pick an available date/time slot, optionally synced with Google Calendar.

Calculation Field A field that computes a value from other fields in real time (totals, quotes, scores).

Conditional Email A form action that sends different emails depending on the visitor’s answers.

Conditional Logic Rules that show/hide fields, skip steps, or control buttons based on what the visitor selects or types.

Conditional Redirect Sending visitors to different pages after submitting, based on their answers.

Confirmation Popup A custom “are you sure?” dialog shown before a form is submitted.

Container A start/end pair used to group fields into sections or rows.

Data Summary A live, read‑only recap of entered values, shown before submitting.

Elementor Pro The premium version of Elementor that provides the Form widget FormFlow’s fields attach to.

Feature (toggle) An individual capability you switch on/off in the Features tab.

Field type The kind of input a field is (text, rating, range slider, currency, etc.). FormFlow adds new field types.

Icon Choices Checkbox/radio options shown as tappable icon or image cards.

Input Mask A pattern that formats what a visitor types (phone, date, card number).

Multi‑step form A form split into several steps, with a progress indicator.

Priority Engine The ticketing feature that automatically assigns priority to new tickets.

PDF Summary A branded PDF generated from a submission, optionally attached to emails.

Pro The middle FormFlow tier, adding advanced logic, multi‑step UX, analytics, and security basics to Starter.

Save & Continue Lets visitors save progress on a long form and resume later.

Starter (Free) The free FormFlow tier with essential fields, basic conditional logic, input masks, and label styling.

Step Conditional Logic Showing or skipping entire steps of a multi‑step form based on answers.

Ticket / Ticketing A support request and the built‑in help‑desk system that manages requests.

Turnstile (Cloudflare) A privacy‑friendly bot check that protects forms from spam.

Webhook A URL that receives your form data on submission, used to connect to other systems.
