Confirmation Popup
The Confirmation Popup shows a custom "Are you sure?" dialog before an Elementor form is submitted — giving visitors a final chance to confirm.
What this does
When the visitor clicks Submit, a popup appears asking them to confirm before the form actually sends. You control the message and the confirm/cancel actions.
Why it exists: for important submissions (bookings, orders, agreements), a confirmation step reduces accidental or premature submissions and adds reassurance.
Typical use cases
- Confirming a booking or order before it’s placed.
- A “Please review your details” prompt on important forms.
- Reducing accidental double‑submissions.
How to use it
- Enable Confirmation Popup on FormFlow → Features (Conversion UX group).
- In Elementor, open your form and enable the confirmation popup.
- Write the message and confirm/cancel button text.
- Style the popup, preview, and submit a test entry to see it appear.
Tips & Best Practices
-
Keep the message short and clear — state what happens when they confirm.
-
Use it where it matters. Reserve it for important actions so it doesn’t feel like a nuisance on simple forms.
-
Pair with a review step. Combine with Data Summary so users see their answers before confirming.
-
Make “Cancel” easy so users can go back and edit.
-
Test on mobile to confirm the popup is readable and tappable.
