The three tiers

  • Starter (Free) — essential fields, basic conditional logic, input masks, and label styling.
  • Pro — advanced logic, multi‑step UX, calculations, conditional emails/redirects, styling, analytics, and security basics.
  • Agency — everything in Pro plus PDF summaries, integrations, booking, Google Calendar, advanced analytics, and ticketing.

Tiers are cumulative: Pro includes all Starter features; Agency includes all Pro and Starter features. For the full list, see Free vs Pro vs Agency and the Feature Comparison.

Your tier and status

The License tab shows your current tier, status (Active / Free / Expired / Grace), renewal/expiry, and allowed sites.

  • Active — features for your tier are unlocked.
  • Free — no active license; Starter features only.
  • Expired / Grace — the license lapsed; features lock (grace gives a short buffer). Renew to restore.

Allowed sites

Each license can be activated on a set number of websites — its allowed sites. The License tab shows how many you’ve used.

  • Activating on a site uses one slot.
  • Deactivating frees the slot so you can use it elsewhere.

Moving your license to another site

  1. On the old site: FormFlow → License → Deactivate.
  2. On the new site: enter your key and email and Activate.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Pick the tier that matches your needs. Agencies and service businesses usually want Agency for integrations, booking, and ticketing.

  • Deactivate before migrating to avoid wasting a site slot.

  • Renew before expiry to keep features on continuously.

  • Track your activations if you manage many sites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do higher tiers include lower‑tier features?

Yes — Pro includes Starter; Agency includes Pro and Starter.

How many sites can I use my license on?

Up to your license’s allowed‑sites limit (some plans allow more sites than others).

How do I move my license to a new domain?

Deactivate on the old site, then activate on the new one to reuse the slot.

What’s the difference between Grace and Expired?

Grace is a short buffer after lapse where features still work; Expired means features are locked until renewal.

If I downgrade or my license expires, do I lose data?

No — features lock, but your forms and settings are preserved and return when you renew.

Where do I see my tier?

On the FormFlow → License tab.
