Activations

The Activations page shows the websites where your licenses are currently activated — the customer sites running your product.

Where to find it: SubscriptionFlow → Activations.

What you’ll see for each activation:

  • The license it belongs to.
  • The site URL where it’s activated.
  • Its status (e.g. active or pending).
  • When it was first activated and last seen.

This is the page to open when a customer says “my license won’t activate” or “I need to move it to a new site” — you can confirm exactly which sites are using the license and how many of the allowed sites are used.

Audit History

The Audit History page is a chronological log of subscription and license events across your store — activations, renewals, cancellations, plan changes, refunds, and more.

Where to find it: SubscriptionFlow → Audit History.

Why it matters:

  • It gives you a paper trail for support and disputes.
  • You can see who or what triggered a change (customer, admin, or an automated process) and when.

(Every individual license also has its own history log on its edit screen — see Licenses.)

Tips & Best Practices

  • Check Activations before troubleshooting activation errors. It shows whether the customer has hit their allowed‑sites limit.

  • Use Audit History to resolve “I was charged / cancelled” disputes. The log shows exactly what happened and when.

  • Deactivate stale sites from the license to free up allowed‑sites slots for customers moving hosts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between Activations and Audit History?

Activations shows where licenses are used right now. Audit History shows what happened to subscriptions/licenses over time.

A customer can’t activate on a new site — why?

They may have reached their allowed‑sites limit. Check the Activations page and, if needed, release an old site from the license.

Does the audit log ever get too big?

SubscriptionFlow keeps a sensible number of recent events per license for quick review; the store‑wide log shows the latest activity.

Can I see the history for just one customer?

Open that customer’s license on the Licenses page — its edit screen includes a dedicated history table.

Are these pages available on the Free plan?

Yes — viewing activations and audit history is available on both Free and Pro.
