What this does

It’s easy to lose track of which products are subscriptions once your catalog grows. This page lists your subscription‑enabled products in one place, so you can confirm at a glance that the right products are configured.

Where to find it: SubscriptionFlow → Products.

How a product appears here

A product shows up as a subscription once you:

  1. Open it under Products → All Products.
  2. Open the Subscriptions Settings tab.
  3. Tick Enable License Product and save.

See the full walkthrough in Your First Subscription Product.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use this page as a checklist before a launch or sale — verify every product you intend to sell as a subscription is listed.

  • If a product is missing, re‑open it and confirm Enable License Product is ticked and saved.

  • Keep product names and plan names aligned so customers see consistent wording from the shop to their dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn’t my product listed here?

It hasn’t been enabled as a subscription. Open the product’s Subscriptions Settings tab and tick Enable License Product.

Do I manage the product’s price and images here?

No — those stay in the normal WooCommerce product editor. This page is an overview of subscription‑enabled products.

Does turning a product into a subscription change past orders?

No. Only new purchases create subscriptions and licenses.

Can any product type be a subscription?

Standard WooCommerce products are supported. Configure them via the Subscriptions Settings tab.

How do I stop selling a product as a subscription?

Un‑tick Enable License Product on the product. Existing customers keep their subscriptions.
