Downloads
The Downloads page is a read-only overview of your licenses and their download/status information — handy for a quick audit of what each license is entitled to.
What this does
This page lists license records alongside their product and status, giving you a single place to review entitlements across your store.
Where to find it: SubscriptionFlow → Downloads.
The list at a glance
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ID | Internal license reference. |
| License Key | The customer’s license key. |
| Product ID | The product the license came from. |
| Status | The license’s current state. |
The table also includes any stored download metadata for the license.
Tips & Best Practices
-
Use it as a fast audit view. For deep actions (extend, cancel, change plan), open the license on the Licenses page instead.
-
Match “Status” against expectations. A block of Expired or Revoked entries is a signal to review renewals or support tickets.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this where I upload files customers download?
No. This page is an overview of license records and their status, not a file manager.
How is this different from the Licenses page?
Licenses is the full management screen (editing, lifecycle actions). Downloads is a lighter, read‑only summary.
Why are some columns empty?
Not every license carries download metadata; empty values are normal.
Can shop managers view this page?
Yes — it’s available to users with the Manage WooCommerce capability.
